For resurfacing projects, we first inspect the condition of the existing asphalt to make sure problems are not spread to the resurfacing areas.  If everything is good, resurfacing can be a way to get new asphalt at a cheaper price.  When we find foundation issues, we will fix the problem areas and apply a new layer of fresh asphalt.
