Paving & Resurfacing

One of the main ways to completely start from fresh is to provide paving or provide a resurfacing.  Paving is placing the asphalt right on top of the ground.  Resurfacing will be milling a coat off of the existing asphalt and then placing a new asphalt surface on the existing asphalt.  Our team will work with you on which approach is necessary.

Repair and Maintenance

Repair and Maintenance are two integral parts of keeping an asphalt surface young and new.  These are generally items that should be done on a regular basis to make sure your parking lot lasts as long as possible.  Give us a call with any questions and we will determine what repair and maintenance is required.

Sealcoating

From time to time, it will be necessary to provide sealcoating on your parking lot.  In these instances, we bring a machine to the jobsite and spray asphalt into the cracks throughout the parking areas.  This should be done either once a year or every other year.  Sealcoating will ensure that the asphalt surface looks new and functions well.
